Midas Productions (UK) was founded in 2000 and is located near Ipswich, Suffolk, we specialise in diesel and hybrid generator hire and sales. Initially serving the events industry, Midas has expanded to support agriculture and various industrial sectors, including construction, civil engineering, food production, marine, and renewable energy.
We offer a diverse range of well-maintained diesel generators and hybrid solutions with varying power capacities, available for short or long term hire, at short notice.
Beyond just generator hire services, we stock a wide selection of off-grid Tower Lights, cabling & distribution equipment, along with site lighting solutions. We also offer general transport services and specialised HIAB lifting solutions.

Midas own and manage an ever expanding fleet of generators, now incorporating Stage 5 compliant machines. In addition, we supply all necessary power connectivity and distribution equipment.
Midas offer timed deliveries where required, using our own fleet of ADR compliant HGVs and 4x4s; operator training and a detailed handover.
Midas is a member of the Hire Association of Europe (HAE) which is the industry-leading trade association for the plant and tool hire industry. The company has been awarded the Green Tribute prize from the National Outdoor Event Association and was a winner at the 2014 Festival Supplier Awards and awarded gold standard Suffolk Carbon Charter Mark in 2015, renewed in 2017 and again in 2019.
